Prof. El-Sayed Abd-El Mawla Aboukhatwa is a professor and the Head of educational technology department at faculty of education, Alexandria University, and received his M.A and PhD in educational technology from the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University. Also, he worked as a Dean of Faculty of Education at Gulf University, and a Director of E-learning Center at Gulf University and Alexandria University. In addition, he had 25 years of experience in higher education, and published 32 papers in international journals and conferences. Moreover, he taught many courses for undergraduate, master's and doctorate degrees in educational technology. Furthermore, he received the Alexandria University Prize for Scientific Encouragement in Educational Research 2018, as well as winning the first place of the Rashid Bin Humaid Award for Culture and Science (UAE) in the field of educational research. He was ranked 16th of 105.000 most cited authors according to Arab Citation and Impact Factor (Arcif) Association.
