لا يخفى على الجميع أن للقضاء دوراً بارزاً في استقرار الأمن والتعايش السلمي وقوة المجتمع وتماسكه وكلما ارتقى القضاء بقوته وعدالته وتطبيقاته الشرعية ، ارتقى بقوة التماسك الاجتماعي وقلة الجرائم بمختلف أشكالها ، واذا ما كان القضاء صمام أمن وأمان في نيسابور نجد أن الحياة الاقتصادية تنمو تزدهر ويكون اقبالاً عليها من حيث العيش والتجارة والاستقرار في المدينة والتعامل مع أهلها كونها تحضي بأهمية اقتصادية كبيرة بين المشرق الإسلامي والجزيرة العربية ، وبحكم الموقع الجغرافي المهم الرابط الأساسي لطريق الحرير الخط التجاري الدولي سابقا. وعندما نقارن مدينة نيسابور بأي مدينة إسلامية نجد فيها كثرة التعاملات الاقتصادية ، لذا وقع الاختيار عليها تحت عنوان (القضاء ومراتبه لمدينة نيسابور في العصر العباسي) (دراسة تاريخية) والتركيز على فترة العصر العباسي ، والقضاء يمثل العصب المتين الذي ينظم حياة الناس الاجتماعية والتعاملات اليومية والأهمية التجارية ، واذا ما حصل اشكالاً في الحياة الاجتماعية ولأحوال الناس من تعامل تجاري أو غيره يتم اللجوء الى القضاء وبقوته تطبيقاته وعدالة القائمين عليه أصبح التعايش السلمي للحياة ولعدة طوائف وملل ونحل أقامت واستقرت في مدينة نيسابور التاريخية وبحكم العامل التجاري والديني وتوافد التجار عليها من كل حدب وصوب يمكن أن نسميها العاصمة الاقتصادية الكبيرة في منطقة الشرق. لذلك تضمن البحث ثلاثة مباحث :
المبحث الأول: تسمية نيسابور وموقعها الجغرافي ومدنها وقرها.
المبحث الثاني: القضاء ومراتبه وأبرز القضاة ودورهم في تطبيق العدالة
المبحث الثالث: دور القضاء في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في نيسابور خاتمة البحث والتوصيات

It is no secret to everyone that the judiciary has a prominent role in the stability of security, peaceful coexistence, the strength and cohesion of society, and the more the judiciary improves in its strength, justice and legal applications, the stronger social cohesion and the lack of crimes of various forms, and if the judiciary is a safety and security valve in Nishapur, we find that economic life grows and becomes a turnout It has to live, trade, and settle in the city and deal with its people, as it conveys great economic importance between the Islamic East and the Arabian Peninsula, and by virtue of the important geographical location, the main link of the Silk Road, the former international trade line. When we compare the city of Nishapur with any Islamic city, we find that there is a lot of economic dealings, so the choice fell on it under the title (the judiciary and its ranks for the city of Nishapur in the Abbasid era) (historical study) and focus on the period of the Abbasid era, and the judiciary represents the strong nerve that organizes people's social life, daily dealings and importance. And if there are problems in social life and people's conditions of commercial or other dealings, the judiciary is resorted to, with its strength, its applications and the justice of those in charge of it, the peaceful coexistence of life and for several sects, boredom and bees, resided and settled in the historic city of Nishapur, by virtue of the commercial and religious factor, and the influx of merchants to it from every direction. We can call it the big economic capital in the east. Therefore, the research included three topics:
The first topic: naming Nishapur and its geographical location, cities and villages.
The second topic: the judiciary, its ranks, the most prominent judges and their role in the application of justice
