Nickel-based superalloys are widely used as high temperature materials for turbine blades in aerospace industry and land-based applications. Their structural characterization, however, is mostly carried out at the room temperature. i want to study , the microstructure of the superalloys at high temperature, scanning transmission electron microscope .imaging
