A series of international and regional changes have contributed to Israel's attention to Africa, the most important of which was the convening of the Bandung Conference in 1955 and Israel's absence from it. and then African States gained independence in the 1960s and increased their voting capacity in the United Nations, this encouraged Israel to strengthen its relationship with these newly independent regimes and is currently the subject of Israeli penetration into the African continent as one of the main issues in Israel's regional and international relations system.
