لطالما كانت الأرض تعتبر ولا تزال الأم الحقيقية للإنسان، فمنها غذاؤه من طعام وماء، ولباسه وفراشه الذي يكتسيه وينام عليه ومنها تستخرج أغلب المواد الأساسية، وبحكم أن الجزائر تحتوي مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي الخصبة أردنا معالجة الشق المتعلق بكيفية استغلال الأرض، وطبيعة التركيبة الثقافية لشخصية الفلاح الجزائري والتي تساهم في عملية الاستغلال هاته، وكيف تسهم المكتسبات الثقافية في تقريبه من الأرض أو إبعاده عنها، ومكانتها ومدلولها لديه والأنماط الأسرية التي تمارس النشاط الفلاحي اليوم.

The earth was still regarded as the real mother of the human being, it is the source of his
food, water supplies, clothes and that warm bed he lies on be side the most elementary
materials he extracts from it .
Because Algeria has vast tracts of fertile land, we wanted to explore the part which is
attached to the exploit of land and the cultural structure of the of the Algerian farmer
personality, that contributesin his exploiting process and how the cultural achievements
gets him into land, and its value and importance and family structure that the agricultural
activity nowadays.
