تعتبر إيجابيات وسلبيات التعلم الفردي ، من خلال استخدام تطبيقات برمجية فردية ، ظاهرة جديدة لنظام التعلم عن بعد في العراق. لذلك يجب الاستفادة من معايير وقوانين وزارة التربية العراقية لإضفاء الطابع الشخصي على عملية التعلم في التعليم المهني في مدينة كركوك على وجه التحديد ، كباحث في مكان العمل ، مما يساعد المدارس العراقية على تفعيل هذه الخاصية في العملية التدريسية وكذلك إبراز الصعوبات والمشاكل التي يواجهها الطلاب في حجرة الدراسة الثانوية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة في هذا المقال فعالية البرامج الفردية (Single Soft) ذات الطابع الفردي في التعلم ، والتي يمكن أن تساعد في حل مشكلة ازدحام الفصول بأعداد كبيرة من الطلاب ، مما يساعد بدوره في زيادة تحصيلهم التعليمي.

The article draws attention to conceptualization and implementation of individual educational pathways for high school students in the distance learning system in Iraq. We clarify the definition of "individual approach to education", "individual educational pathway", and these concepts are revealed through a series of actions, planning, conducting events, and identifying Skills, as well as the use of knowledge and understanding gained as a result of the educational experience.
The pros and cons of individual learning, through the use of individual software applications, are a new phenomenon for the distance learning system in Iraq. Therefore, it should take advantage of the standards and laws of the Iraqi Education Ministry of to personalize the process of learning in vocational education in the city of Kirkuk specifically, as a workplace researcher, which can help save Iraqi schools to activate this characteristic in the teaching process, as well as highlight the difficulties And the problems that students face in the high school classroom. The results of the study in this article showed the effectiveness of individual programs (Single Soft) of an individual nature in learning, which can help solve the problem of crowding classes in large numbers of students, which in turn helps to increase their educational attainment.
