Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the correlation between organizational
culture and organizational commitment among a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of
Arts, Asmarya University, to identify the level of organizational culture and organizational
commitment to the research sample, and to identify the significance of differences in the level
of organizational culture and organizational commitment according to the variables (type, Years
of experience), the research sample consisted of (34) faculty members, including (21) males,
and (13) females, they were applied to the organizational culture scale prepared by (Bashaer
Ibrahim Masoudi, 2018), and the organizational commitment scale prepared by (Sami). Ibrahim
Hannouna, 2006), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive correlative
approach was used, and the results of the research indicated that there is a positive, statistically
significant correlation between organizational culture and organizational commitment in the
research sample, and that faculty members at the Faculty of Arts possess a high level of
organizational culture and organizational commitment, as well as The results indicated that
there were statistically significant differences in the level of organizati onal culture due to the
variable of gender and years of experience, and the differences were in favor of males and in
favor of years of experience from 11 to 15 years, and the absence of fur A statistically
significant difference in the level of organizational commitment attributed to the gender
variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of organizational
commitment due to the variable years of experience, and the differences were in favor of years
of experience from 16-20 years
