أجريت هذه الدراسة للمدة من تشرين الثاني 2019 الى شباط 2020 وشملت ما مجموعه (40) مريضاً طفيل الجيارديا لامبليا من المراجعين والنائمين في مستشفى سامراء العام ومن مراجعي بعض المختبرات الخاصة الذين يعانون من الإسهال حيث تعاني معظم الحالات من إسهال دهني مع آلام في البطن، وكان عمرهم من 5 إلى 2 2 سنة. تم الكشف عن نسبة الإنترلوكين الخلالي 10 لدى المرضى وعلاقتها بالإصابة بالطفيلي وتأثيرها على خلايا الدم البيضاء وعلاقتها بأكسيد النيتريك NO والصوديوم. وجدت هذه الدراسة انخفاضا معنويا في مستوى (p<0.05) في مستوى الانترلوكين 10 لدى المرضى المصابين بالطفيل، إذ بلغ 1.65 (pg/ml) مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة 3.3 (pg/ml)، و وجود مستوى معنوي (P<0.05) في سرطان الدم الليمفاوي لدى مرضى الطفيل حيث بلغ 32.0297×103 خلية ملم3 مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة 30.8125 خلية لكل ملم3. لكن ايون الصوديوم لم يتأثر معنويا حيث بلغ التركيز 192.794 كان لدى المرضى مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة (التركيز 129.04)، في حين كان هناك ارتفاع في تركيز مستوى NO مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة والذي ارتفع بمقدار (0.78، 1.73) على التوالي.

This study was conducted for the period from November 2019 to February 2020 and it included a total of (40) patients Giardia lamblia parasite for auditors and sleepers in Samarra General Hospital and of auditors of some private laboratories who Suffer from diarrhea as most cases suffer from fatty diarrhea with abdominal pain, they were 5 to 2 2 years old. It was revealed that the ratio of interstitial interleukin 10 in patients and its relationship to infection with the parasite , its effect on white blood cells and its relationship to nitric oxide NO and sodium. This study found a significant decrease in the level of (p<0.05) in the level of interleukin 10 in the infected patients with parasite, as it reached 1.65 (pg / ml) compared to the control group 3.3 (pg / ml), and a significant level (P <0.05) in lymphocytic leukemia in patients with parasite as it reached 32.0297 x 103 A mm3 cell compared to the control group 30.8125 cells per mm3. But the sodium ion was not significantly affected as it reached the focus 192.794 was in patients compared to the control group (focus 129.04), whereas there was an increase in the concentration of the NO level compared to the control group which increased by (0.78, 1.73) respectively.
