الحلة الفيحاء مدينة عراقية لها خصوصيتها في تاريخها وجغرافيتها وآدابها، وهي بذلك حلقة مكملة لحلقات المدن العراقية، ومن هذا الاتجاه كان علينا بوصفنا كمؤرخين سبر غور تاريخ هذه المدينة في مختلف الحقب التاريخية التي مرت بها ومنها العهد العثماني، الذي لا زالت الدراسات التاريخية عنه قليلة وبحاجة الى جهود الباحثين لكشف النقاب عن الكثير من أحداث ذلك العهد.

al-Fayha is an Iraqi city that has its own history, geography and literature, and is thus a complementary link to the circles of Iraqi cities, and from this trend we as historians had to explore the history of this city in the various historical periods that it has gone through, including the Covenant. The Ottoman, about which historical studies are still few and needs the efforts of researchers to uncover many of the events of that era.
