يسعى البحث الى الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيس وهو: ما أساليب معالجة الب ا رمج التلفزيونية الحوارية للاحتجاجات الشعبية في الع ا رق ؟
والكشف عن أهم الرسائل التي ركزت عليها الب ا رمج عينة البحث في تناولها لقضية الاحتجاجات الشعبية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج
المسحي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، وذلك لمسح عينة من الب ا رمج الحوارية تمثلت في برنامج بالع ا رقي من قناة الحرة ع ا رق الأمريكية ، و مع
الحدث من قناة العالم الإي ا رنية التي تم اختيارها للتعرف عل ى أسلوب معالجتها للاحتجاجات الشعبية خلال شهر كام ل ) شهر أيلول عام
2018 (، بإتباع أسلوب تحليل مضمون وتوصل البحث الى نتائج عدة من أبرزها :
-1 استحوذت قضية الاحتجاجات الشعبية على النصيب الأكبر من برنامج بالع ا رقي الذي يعرض على قناة الحرة ع ا رق حيث جاءت
بواقع) 5(حلقات من مجموع ) 26 (حلقة مقابل ) 3 ( حلقات من برنامج مع الحدث من قناة العالم .
-2 كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود تباين في م ا رتب اتجاهات ضيوف الب ا رمج عينة البحث حول الاحتجاجات الشعبية في البصرة وجنوب
الع ا رق إذ احتل الاتجاه المؤيد للتظاهرة في برنامج بالع ا رقي المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 52.6 % فيما احتل هذا الاتجاه المرتبة الثالثة في برنامج
مع الحدث بنسبة 11.8 % .
الملخص الانجليزي
The research seeks to answer the main question: What are the methods of dealing with the talkative
television programs of the popular protests in Iraq? And the disclosure of the most important messages
focused on the programs of the sample research in addressing the issue of popular protests, has been
relying on the descriptive method of descriptive and analytical, to survey a sample of talk shows in the
program of the Iraqi channel Alhurra Iraq and the US with the event of the Iranian channel that has been
(September, 2018), followed by a method of content analysis and the search reached several results, the
most prominent of which are: 1 - The issue of popular protests dominated the largest share of the Iraqi
program, which is presented on Al - Hurrah Iraq channel where it came with (5) episodes of the total (26)
compared to (3) episodes of the program with the event of the world channel. 2 - The results of the search
revealed a discrepancy in the ranks of the guests of the programs of the sample of the research on the
popular protests in Basra and southern Iraq, where the trend in favor of the demonstration in the Iraqi
program ranked first with 52.6%, while this trend ranked third in the program with the event by 11.8%.
