هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد خارطة استراتيجية مقترحة لتفعيل التدريب الإلكتروني في الجامعات اليمينة الحكومية, وذلك من خلال التعرف على معوقات التدريب الإلكتروني, والتحليل البيئي له, وإعداد رؤية ورسالة للتدريب عن بُعد في الجامعات الحكومية وفي ضوء ذلك تم إعداد الخارطة الاستراتيجية لتفعيل التدريب الإلكتروني. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوثائق ذات الصلة بالموضوع وفي ضوؤها تم إعداد الخارطة الاستراتيجية, ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها إعداد الخارطة الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتطوير التدريب في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية.

The study aimed to prepare a proposed strategic map to activate electronic training in Yemeni government universities, by identifying obstacles to remote training, environmental analysis for it, and preparing a vision and mission for remote training in public universities, and in light of this, the strategic map was prepared to activate remote training. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach of the documents related to the topic and in light of it the strategic map was prepared, and then the study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is the preparation of the proposed strategic map for the development of training in Yemeni governmental universities.
