تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مفهوم الحكم الراشد وإبراز العلاقة بينه وبين مفهوم التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال استقراء بعض الكتب والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع الورقة البحثية. وتوصلت الورقة البحثية إلى أنه توجد علاقة وثيقة ومترابطة بين الحكم الراشد والتنمية المستدامة، بحيث يمكن القول أن الحكم الراشد جاء من اجل إيجاد بيئة صحية وملائمة خالية من مظاهر الفساد، فهو يعتبر أساس نجاح الإصلاحات الاقتصادية وترسيخ دولة القانون، وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وأوصت الورقة البحثية بوضع وتعزيز مبادئ الحكم الراشد، وضرورة أن تقوم الدولة بتجسيدها على ارض الواقع، من خلال الاستغلال الرشيد والفعال والعقلاني لمختلف الموارد الاقتصادية والطبيعية والتوزيع العادل لها بين الأجيال.

This paper aims to identify the
concept of good governance and to
highlight the relation between it and the
concept of sustainable development, by
extrapolating some books and previous
studies related to the subject of the
paper.
The paper concluded that there is a close
and interrelated relationship between
good governance and sustainable
development. It can be said that good
governance came in order to create a
healthy and appropriate environment
free of corruption. It is considered the
basis for the success of economic
reforms and the establishment of the rule
of law,
The paper recommended that the
principles of good governance should be
developed and strengthened and that the
state should reflect them on the ground
through rational, effective and rational
exploitation of the various economic and
natural resources and their equitable
distribution among generations.
