ملخص:
إن حالة الإحباط اليوم في العالم أدت إلى تفشي ظاهرة التطرف بشكل عام؛ والتطرف الفكري والديني والإرهاب والاقتتال الداخلي بشكل خاص، مما أدى إلى ازدياد نزوح وهجرة السكان القسرية ولجوئهم بالملايين تحت أحلك الظروف الإنسانية داخل معظم الأقطار العربية، طلبا للنجاة والأمان.
هذا وقد كشفت معظم هذه الأحداث عن ضعف واضح في بنية وهيكلية و عمق و جذور شرعية معظم الأنظمة العربية السياسية والاجتماعية والتنموية،حيث تميزت فترة عهود الدولة العربية ما بعد الاستقلال بظاهرة الانفراد بالسلطة والتعسف وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية وضعف المشاركة الشعبية في العمل العام، فالإقصاء السياسي والاجتماعي لبعض القوى السياسية والفكرية والمجتمعية وانعدام التعددية السياسية والفكرية وعدم تحقيق و شمول التنمية الشاملة للمكونات السكانية في الأرياف والأطراف خارج العواصم و غياب سيادة القانون والعدالة الاجتماعية وتكافؤ الفرص وتراجع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الفردية و تفشي ظاهرة الفساد، أدى إلى حدوث ارتباكا قيميا وروحيا ومعرفيا مرت به معظم الشعوب العربية،بالإضافة إلى ظهور صراعات اجتماعية وسياسية،أبرزت هوايات فرعية وثقافات دينية بائدة.
هذا بالإضافة إلى أنَّ مجتمعاتنا تفتقر- والى حد كبير- المعرفة بحقوقها المدنية والسياسية، حتى في الدول التي فيها برلمانات وانتخابات وديمقراطية نسبية تكاد تلحظ عليها وبصورة مزعجة غياب ثقافة الديمقراطية وثقافة الحقوق المدنية، وهو ما أدى إلى تردد الناس من إعلان رفضهم على القرارات والقوانين التعسفية والمجحفة كما ظهرت اليوم تحت مسميات،سنة وشيعة وإخوان وسلفيون،يتنازعون الحديث باسم " الإسلام السياسي". وفي ظل التحولات الاستراتيجية التي يعيشها العالم العربي سنأتي إلى طرح سؤال محوري المتمثل في: ما هي ميكانيزمات إنتاج التطرف في راهننا اليوم؟

Abstract :
The state of confusion in nowadays world ledgenerallyto the spread of cognitive and religiousextremism;and in particular:religiousextremism ;terrorism and internalfightings. The whole of that has and stillresulting an increase in the displacement and migration of hugepopulation and forced to berefugeesby millions in the nearbyarab country,wheretheirlive’s conditions wereawfullypainfullsincesafety and staings alivewere all theywerelooking for.
On the other hand, the majority of events viewed the clear weakness in both of the structure and the legal root’s deepness of most social political Arab system which was a specificity during the period of Arab’s nation after the independence, marked by the phenomenon of despotism and autocracy and lack of social justice; thus, the social-political expulsion of some cognitive and socio political power, as well as the total missing of the political and cognitive pluralism; population’s enhancement, the favoritism among the rural urban population, the non-commensurability of chances, the law’s supremacy lose, the deterioration’s state of the fundamental’s human rights, alike the individual freedom.
All those crucial factors led gradually to the spread of corruption and ad valorem spiritual and cognitive deprivation that most of Arab population had experienced. In addition to the emergence of social-political conflicts, showing sub-ephemeral religious and cultural avocations.Besides the deprivation of our societies mainly from the fundamental civil and political rights, even in the countries within parliaments and a relative democracy , the lack of human rights culture and the basics of democracy are noticeably boring and disrupting; which discriminatingly led to socio- political disturbance causing the emergence by nowadays of a new nomenclature: Brothers, Shia, Salafism and so on struggling to instore a new political Islam’s face! Convoying the strategically the Arab world changes, we are getting to raise an axial and non less crucial problematic, that is the following: what are the main factors behind generating the mechanism of immoderation and Extremism by nowadays?
