تناولت هذه الدراسة الوثائق الإلكترونية - دراسة نظرية في شكلها الالكتروني ، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي مفهوم وماهية وأنواع وخصائص الوثائق الالكترونية مع توضيح الاختلاف بين الوثائق الورقية والوثائق الالكترونية والتعرف علي المبادئ الأساسية لإدارة الوثائق الالكترونية وتوضيح متطلبات إدارة الوثائق الالكترونية واستخدم الباحثان المنهج المسحي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة .

This study dealt with electronic documents - a theoretical study in their electronic form. The study aimed to identify the concept, nature, types and characteristics of electronic documents, clarify the difference between paper documents and electronic documents, identify the basic principles of electronic document management, and clarify the requirements for electronic document management. The researchers used the survey method to achieve the objectives the study .
