خلال هذه الدراسة تم عزل مضاد حيوي جديد من Streptomyces alboflavus
كان فعالاً ضد البكتيريا موجبة الجرام وسالبة الجرام. وكان المضاد الحيوي المعزول
مسحوق بلوري أبيض عند (28-30) C. تشمل الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية التي تمت دراستها
TLC و IR Spectroscopy وطيف الأشعة فوق البنفسجية بالإضافة إلى اختبارات الألوان ، كل هذه الدراسات تشير إلى ذلك
المضاد الحيوي الذي تنتجه Streptomyces sp. هو مضاد حيوي نيوكليوزيد وأطلق عليه الاسم
(NA) كان الحد الأدنى للتركيز المثبط للمضاد الحيوي النوكليوزيد
مصممة ضد خمسة من البكتيريا القياسية إيجابية الجرام وسالبة الجرام مع
تراوحت قيمة MIC (2-25) / مل.
الملخص الانجليزي
During this study a new antibiotic was isolated from Streptomyces alboflavus which
was active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria .The isolate antibiotic was
white crystalline powder at (28-30)C˚. Physicochemical properties were studied includes
TLC, IR spectroscopy and Uv spectrum as well as color tests, all these studies indicate that
the antibiotic produced by Streptomyces sp. Is a nucleoside antibiotic and gave the name
(NA).The minimal inhibitory concentration of produced nucleoside antibiotic were
determined against five standard gram positive positive and gram negative bacteria with
MIC value ranged (2-25) µ/ml .
