Abstract
In this research, based on O’Reilly et al and Denis
on models, we search for the relationship between
organizational culture and Balanced Scorecard imple
mentation (BSC) by empirical studies, through condu
cting
366 questionnaires on Jordanian industrial compani
es , and using factor analysis and Logistic regress
ion
analysis. The results of this study showed that th
e cultural factors have significant positive impact
on the
implementation of BSC. The results showed that the

l” and BSC implementation.
