Abstract The importance of research in the fact that wheat, the most important food crop states seek for providing political dimensions and serious strategy the research to study problem of the reality experienc by many Arab peoples after the wheat prices rose to unprecedented levels, and is now threatening the food security of the states that depend of the wheat as a staple food for their peoples. And these states non-wheat producing natural reasons like climate with the lack of water resources and the nature of the earth, and therefore depend those States on providing for importing wheat from abroad and here was the threat to food security. And to solve this problem is to develop a unified Arab strategy for self-sustainment and drawing up economic development plans for the full exploitation of all the available natural resources
