This study attempts to measure the impact of the War 2021 on the work of medical personnel under the Corona pandemic as a case study at the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
The current study aimed to invest risk management in improving the performance of medical staff when exposed to emergencies while dealing with Corona patients.
The data was collected by the Indonesian hospital staff in Gaza who worked during the 2021 aggression on the Gaza Strip, with size 391 , we select a random sample consist from 100 employees.
The analysis of these revealed data indicates that the level of impact of the War (2021) with the spread of the Corona pandemic on the work of medical personnel is average according to the five-point scale.
Moreover, the risks to the personnel of the Indonesian hospital during the aggression of 2021 show stress and fatigue among the dangers that threaten the medical staff, and what affects Corona patients and the lives of those injured to a large extent from the war.
In addition to the emergency requirements required for the continuity of work in all hospital departments as a result of the aggression of 2021 with the spread of the Corona virus, it appears that the contingency plans, medical supplies and medical staff are available to deal with more than one disaster at a time and the medical supplies are available in the hospital sufficient to deal with more than one disaster.
Finally, the result show medical devices, resuscitation rooms, beds and international protection for doctors and health facilities are not available and sufficient to deal with more than one disaster.
