تناقش هذه الورقة المنهج الوسطي الذي يجب على المسلمين جميعاً سلوكه، وهو الذي يمثل الإسلام حقيقة، كما تناقش أيضاً نشأة الجماعات الإسلامية في ليبيا كجماعة الإخوان المسلمين والسلفيين، وأنصار الشريعة وغيرهم، الذين أثروا على الساحة الليبية بعد ثورة 17 فبراير، وميل بعض هذه الجماعات للعنف كطريق لتحقيق أهدافها، كما نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تعرية منهج العنف والتطرف عند بعض الجماعات الإسلامية وبيان انحرافها عن منهج الإسلام المعتدل، وبيان أن الوسطية والحفاظ على الأمن والسلام في العالم كان غايةً سامية من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وأن هذا المقصد واضح جليٌّ في نصوص الكتاب والسنة وهو المنهج القويم الذي ينبغي للمسلمين جميعاً سلوكه في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، كما حاولنا تقديم حلٍّ للمشاكل التي تعاني منها الجماعات الإسلامية في ليبيا، وكيف الرجوع بمن انحرف منها إلى جادة الصواب، ولم تتعرض الدراسة إلى نقاش المسائل الفقهية، متأملين أن يكون ذلك في البحوث المستقبلية، فاتحين المجال للكتاب والباحثين لنقاش مثل هذه المسائل الحساسة .

Abstract
This paper discusses the Islamic moderate thinking which must be method of every Muslim, and also discusses the most important ideologies and ideas of the Islamic groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Salafism, Ansar al-Shari'a, and others, which have recently emerged in Libya and which has influenced the course of events in it after 17 February, 2011, The study further examines the religious influences which have nourished this conflict with the view of fostering closer relationships between the leaders, taking into consideration that their points of departure are all the same, namely, the Qur'an and Prophetic Sunnah. The study does so, without discussing in great detail the jurisprudential arguments of each group, which is hoped will be the next step for future research papers in order to open up this field to researchers and interested parties in researching this phenomenon .
