تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية في المقام الأول تسليط الضوء على دور الخطة التحسينية في تحقيق الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، من خلال تقييم تجربة الانخراط في مشروع ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي في التعليم العالي وذلك بدءا إجراءات تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة إضافة إلى إنشاء هيئات التطوير والتقويم وخلايا ضمان الجودة على مستوى كل الجامعات الجزائرية، دون إغفال التقييم الداخلي ومدى الاستفادة من نتائجه لبناء الخطط التحسينية مرورا بالتقييم الخارجي ووصولا إلى متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي، كأحد العمليات الهامة والضرورية عند الحديث عن الجودة والتخطيط والتطوير المؤسسي الفعال.
ومن هذا المنطلق، نحاول الوقوف على دواعي الجودة في التعليم العالي، ودواعي الاعتماد الأكاديمي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، إمكانية تقديم آلية الخطة التحسينية لتحقيق معايير الجودة ومتطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي.
الملخص الانجليزي
This research paper primarily attempts to shed light on the role of the improvement plan in achieving quality in higher education institutions, by evaluating the experience of engaging in the quality assurance and academic accreditation project in higher education, starting with the procedures for implementing the quality assurance system in addition to establishing development and evaluation bodies and quality assurance cells. At the level of all Algerian universities, without neglecting the internal evaluation and the extent to which its results can be used to build improvement plans through external evaluation and up to the requirements for academic accreditation, as one of the important and necessary processes when talking about quality, planning and effective institutional development.
From this standpoint, we are trying to identify the reasons for quality in higher education, and the reasons for the academic accreditation of higher education institutions, the possibility of providing a mechanism for the improvement plan to achieve quality standards and requirements for academic accreditation.
