هذا الكتاب قمت بتأليفه فى السنوات العجاف التى مرت بها مصر ، سنوات الثورة الغير مجيدة ، وأرسلت به رسالة الى الجميع وهى : تحكيم شرع الله هو النجاة ، وهو سبيل الخروج من الازمة والفوضى التى كادت تأتى على الأخضر واليابس فى مصر .
