With the end of the Second World War in 1945, Korea was divided to two separate parts South Korea and North Korea. Then the Korean War broke out in 1950 and finish in 1953, after the war South Korea which was Un development country in that time starts rebuilding it's economy depending on invest the Human Resource in suitable way also invest the national and international circumstances, and there was a big role for the State in Korean Economy and this role help in moving this Economy to be one of the best Economies in the World, after it could cross the Asian Financial Crises in 1997.
