This study aims to analyze the reality of organizational trust andits relationship with the
organizational change in the mineral water treatment and diversion station oftilesdit dam in
EL-Bouirain light of a descriptive study using a questioner to collect data distributed over
70 respondents. The study concluded that the organizational trust in tiseldit station is
confined on the leadership level which allows and facilitatesto win the confidence of
theworkers in addition they request their participating in making the change plans not just
by implementing them.
