هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التأصيل الإسلامي لقضية تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة في ضوء ما أقرته الشريعة الإسلامية لها من حقوق وما فرضته عليها من واجبات؛ وذلك عبر التعرف على مبادئ تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة المستمدة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، وأبعاده، والمتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة، والتحديات التي تحول دون تحقيق ذلك وسبل مواجهتها وفق الرؤية التربوية الإسلامية، كما هدفت إلى دراسة الواقع الحالي لموضوع تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة في مصر من خلال تحليل التشريعات والقوانين والاستراتيجيات والخطط الوطنية وسياسات التعليم والتدابير والسياسات التنفيذية للحكومة المصرية في مجال تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت على المنهجين الأصولي والوصفي.
وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن للتربية الإسلامية دورًا مهمًا في تحقيق تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة. وأن تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة وفق التصور الإسلامي قائم على إعطائها كافة حقوقها التي كفلتها الشريعة الإسلامية المستمدة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة، وأن عملية تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة يرتكز على العديد من المبادئ التربوية الإسلامية، والتي من أهمها: تنمية القدرات الشخصية كمبدأ الاعتماد على الذات، والعمل على تحقيق مبادئ العدل والمساواة المستمدة من الشريعة الإسلامية، ومبدأ المشاركة المجتمعية الفاعلة، ومبدأ إدارة الأزمات.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المرأة ذات الإعاقة أكثر تاثرًا بالتحديات المجتمعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية والتي تحد في الحصول على الرعاية الصحية والتعليم والعمل والتدريب المهني، والقصور في عملية الدمج والاندماج الاجتماعي، وزيادة الفقر وسوء المعاملة والحرمان من فرص التعليم في بعض الأحيان، وعدم وجود أماكن للعمل الملائمة، وزيادة العنف الجسدي والنفسي داخل وخارج المنزل، وانخفاض الأجور وزيادة تكاليف المعيشة مع وجود الإعاقة. واقترحت الدراسة مجموعة الآليات المقترحة لتحقيق متطلبات تمكين المرأة ذات الإعاقة في مصر.

The current study aimed to establish an Islamic foundation for the issue of empowering women with disabilities in light of the rights recognized by Islamic law (Sharia) and the duties imposed on them. This is done by identifying the principles of empowering women with disabilities derived from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, its dimensions, the requirements necessary to achieve the empowerment of women with disabilities, the challenges that prevent this from being achieved and ways to confront them in accordance with the Islamic educational vision. It also aimed to study the current reality of the issue of empowering women with disabilities. In Egypt, through analysis of legislation, laws, strategies, national plans, education policies, and executive measures and policies of the Egyptian government in the field of empowering women with disabilities; To achieve this goal, I relied on the fundamentalist and descriptive approaches.
It reached several results, the most important of which are: Islamic education has an important role in achieving the empowerment of women with disabilities. Empowering women with disabilities according to the Islamic concept is based on giving them all of their rights guaranteed by Islamic law derived from the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, and that the process of empowering women with disabilities is based on many Islamic educational principles, the most important of which are: developing personal capabilities as the principle of self-reliance. And working to achieve the principles of justice and equality derived from Islamic Sharia, the principle of effective community participation, and the principle of crisis management.
The study found that women with disabilities are more affected by societal, cultural, economic, and political challenges that limit access to health care, education, work, and vocational training, shortcomings in the integration and social integration process, increased poverty and abuse, deprivation of educational opportunities in some cases, and lack of workplaces. accommodation, increased physical and psychological violence inside and outside the home, lower wages and increased costs of living with a disability. The study proposed a set of proposed mechanisms to achieve the requirements for empowering women with disabilities in Egypt.
