.1 يوجد ارتباط سالب دال احصائيا بين الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك سعود.
.2 لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الضغوط النفسية لدى عضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك سعود وفقاً لمتغيري عدد سنوات
الخبرة )"أقل من 5 سنوات/ من 5 إلى 10 سنوات/ أكثر من 10 سنوات"(.
.3 لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في جودة الحياة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك سعود وفقاً لمتغيري عدد سنوات الخبرة
)"أقل من 5 سنوات/ من 5 إلى 10 سنوات/ أكثر من 10 سنوات"(.
أهم النتائج : تم التوصل في هذه الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي :
.1 توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة موجبة بمعامل ارتباط ) 0.663 *( دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة
( 0.05 .)
.2 بُعد جودة إدارة الوقت من مقياس جودة الحياة غير دال احصائيا مع ثلاثة من أبعاد مقياس الضغوط النفسية وهي )التفاعلات
المهنية، التدريب المهني، توقعات العمل وال ا رتب والترقية(.

.3 عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ) 0.05 ( فأقل في كل من مقياس الضغوط النفسية؛ وأبعادها )التفاعلات

الد ا رسة تبعًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة للمشاركين في عينة الد ا رسة، لصالح سنوات الخبرة ) 10 سنوات فأكثر(.
.5 هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ) 0.05 ( فأقل في بُعد )التدريب المهني( من مقياس الضغوط النفسية لأف ا رد
الد ا رسة تبعًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة للمشاركين في عينة الد ا رسة، لصالح سنوات الخبرة )من 10 سنوات فأكثر(.
.6 عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ) 0.05 ( فأقل في كل من مقياس جودة الحياة؛ وبُعدى )جودة الصحة
النفسية، جودة التدريس والعمل( لأف ا رد الد ا رسة تبعًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة للمشاركين في عينة الد ا رسة.
.7 هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ) 0.05 ( فأقل في بُعد )جودة إدارة الوقت( من مقياس جودة الحياة لأف ا رد الد ا رسة
تبعًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة للمشاركين في عينة الد ا رسة، لصالح سنوات الخبرة )من 10 سنوات فأكثر(.
أهم التوصيات :
.1 القيام بد ا رسة تشخيصية لاحتياجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الب ا رمج التدريبية التي تقلل من ضغوطهم النفسية وتحسن من
جودة حياتهم.
.2 تبني عمادة تطوير المها ا رت لسلسلة دوا رت تدريبية تهدف لتحسين جودة الحياه لدى عضو هيئة التدريس.
.3 تبني إدارة الموارد البشربة بالجامعة لاست ا رتيجية جديدة في تعزيز جودة الحياه لدى عضو هيئة التدريس.
.4 القيام بد ا رسة وصفية لتحديد انعكاس الضغوط النفسية لعضو هيئة التدريس على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي.

Title: Study of psychological stress and its relation to quality of life among faculty members at King Saud University

Problem
The problem of the study in the next main question is the relationship between psychological stress and quality of life among faculty members at King Saud University
Keywords: psychological stress, quality of life
Study and Methods
The study community consists of (897) members of the humanitarian faculties and community service. The researcher will be applied to a sample of (140) faculty members.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, study tools: Psychotracheometer, quality of life standards.
Hypotheses
1. There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and quality of life among faculty members at King Saud University.
2. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among faculty members at King Saud University according to the variables of the number of years of experience ("less than 5 years / 5 to 10 years / more than 10 years")
3. There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of life of faculty members at King Saud University according to the variables of the number of years of experience ("less than 5 years / 5-10 years / more than 10 years").
The most important results: This study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following:
1. There is a correlation between psychological stress and quality of life positive correlation coefficient (0.663 *) D statistically at the level of significance (0.05)

2. The quality of time management from the quality of life standard is statistically insignificant with three dimensions of the stress scale (professional interactions, vocational training, work expectations, salary and promotion)
3. The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) and below in each of the psychological stress scale; their dimensions (professional interactions, teaching tasks, work expectations, salary and promotion, personal characteristics)
4. There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) and less in the (work conditions) of the psychological stress measure for the study subjects according to the variable years of experience of the participants in the study sample for the years of experience (10 years and more)
5. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) and below in the (vocational training) of the psychological stress measure for the study members according to the variable years of experience of the participants in the study sample, for the years of experience (10 years and more)
6. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) or less in each of the quality of life criterion; and (quality of mental health, quality of teaching and work) for the study subjects according to the variable years of experience of the participants in the study sample.
There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) and below (quality of time management) of the quality of life criterion for the study subjects according to the variable years of experience of the participants in the study sample for the years of experience (10 years and over)
Results and Recommendations
1. Conduct a diagnostic study of the needs of faculty members of training programs that reduce their psychological stress and improve their quality of life.
2. Adopting the deanship of skills development for a series of training courses aimed at improving the quality of life of faculty member.
3. Adopting the university's resource management department for a new strategy to enhance the quality of life of the faculty member.
4. Conduct a descriptive study to determine the reflection of the psychological pressure of the faculty member on the level of performance.
