This study highlights the importance of supporting intellectual capital,
which is one of the most important intangible assets of universities. It can
rely on its output to achieve development and ensure its effective
sustainability.
The study concluded that Algeria's decision makers are seeking to
promote the role of universities in the design and success of the national
development process by supporting their intellectual capital of all kinds.
