تنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من النقص المعرفي لدينا في موضوع صورة الاخر لاسيما أن الاخر هنا في هذه الدراسة هو من الدول الاقليمية المؤثرة في عملية صنع القرار السياسي في المنطقة ومن دول الجوار الجغرافي العراقي التي لها تأثير كبير في قضايا الشأن العراقي. كذلك تنبع أهمية الدراسة من ندرة الدراسات السابقة، وكذلك من قلة المراجع المتوفرة عن موضوع الصورة الاعلامية للاتفاق النووي الايراني في مقالات الراي السعودية والايرانية في التخصص الاعلامي . وقد اعتمدتُ في هذه الدراسة على أداة تحليل المضمون لكونها من انسب الادوات البحثية للوصول الى البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة، ولتحليل مقالات قادة الراي عن موضوع الاتفاق النووي الايراني والتي نشرتها صحيفتي العينة: "الشرق الاوسط" و"كيهان العربي" وبواقع (315) مقالاً خلال عام 2019.

The importance of this study stems from the lack of knowledge we have on the subject of the image of the other, especially since the other here in this study is from the regional countries influencing the political decision-making process in the region and from the countries of the Iraqi geographical neighborhood that have a great influence on issues of Iraqi affairs. The importance of the study also stems from the scarcity of previous studies, as well as from the scarcity of available references on the subject of the media picture of the Iranian nuclear agreement in Saudi and Iranian opinion articles in the media specialization. In this study, I relied on the content analysis tool because it is one of the most appropriate research tools to access the required data and information, and to analyze opinion leaders ’articles on the subject of the Iranian nuclear agreement that were published by the sample newspapers:“ Al-Sharq Al-Awsat ”and“ Kayhan Al-Arabi ”and by (315) articles within a year 2019.
