ملخص :
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر استخدام اسلوب التدريس لحل المشكلات على اكتساب الكفايات التدريسية لدى متربصين أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضة بالتعليم المتوسط , ثم اختيار عينة بطريقة عشوائية مكونة من 12 أستاذ متربصا بمدينة ورقلة.
وقد اعتمد المنهج التجريبي لملائمته موضوع الدراسة , في حين دلت النتائج الاحصائية على تحقق صحة فرضيات الدراسة التي تنص على انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعة الضابطة و المجموعة التجريبية التي تستخدم الأسلوب حل المشكلات في اكتساب الكفايات التالية التخطيط و التنفيذ و التقويم.

Abstract :
The aim of this study is to identify the effect of using the teaching method to solve problems on the acquisition of teaching competencies among teachers of physical education and sports in intermediate education, and then randomly selected a sample of 12 professors in the city of Ouargla.
The experimental method was adopted to suit the subject of the study, while the statistical results showed that the validity of the hypotheses of the study that there are significant differences between the control group and the experimental group that uses the method of problem solving in the acquisition of the following skills planning, implementation and evaluation.
