إ ن الهدف من هذه الد ا رسة هو القيام بعرض الأهمية التي تتمتع بها المفاوضات، ففي
ظل الظروف المعاصرة التي تعايشها المنظمات والدول في الوقت الحالي وما تحمله من
فرص وتهديدات لها، ظهرت أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه عملية التفاوض في العلاقات الدولية
وتسوية الص ا رعات وادارة حالات التعاون اللامحدودة بين الوحدات الدولية العديدة .
وسنتناول في هذه الد ا رسة ملف المفاوضات من خلال تقديم عرض منهجي وعلمي
قانوني عن المفاوضات

The aim of this study is to introduce of the importance of negotiatios, in light of the contemporary circumstances that organizations and countries coexist, the opportunities and threats they face.
in this study we attempt to deal with the negotiations file by providing a legal and scientific presentetion of the negotiations.
