نحاول من خلال هذا المقال الإشارة إلى دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية في
المنظمات والتي لم تعد أمرا اختياريا بل شرطا جوهريا للبقاء والنمو في محيط شديد المنافسة، كما أصبح رفع
مستوى أداء منظمات الأعمال وتحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية مرهون بتوفير جميع الإمكانيات وتسخير مجموعة من
الموارد اللازمة "مادية،مالية،بشرية،تكنولوجية"والتي من أهمها الموارد البشرية، لأن التنافس في ظل عالمية السوق
أصبح يعتمد على تنمية الموارد والكفاءات البشرية باعتبارها القادرة على الإبداع والتطوير وحسن إدارة التغيير
وباعتبار المورد البشري العنصر الفعال والأداة الأساسية في العملية الإنتاجية.
