“الجَزائر والأزمة السُورية” كتاب من تأليف الباحث الجزائري محمد تناح، وأُعِدّ خصّيصًا لفهم طبيعة مَوقف النظام السياسي الجَزائري من نظام الأسد، ومن ثورة الشَعب السُوري، ومعرفة دوافع وأسباب هذا المَوقف الذي أثار تساؤلات كثيرة بين الجزائريين المُتعاطفين مع الشَعب السُوري، وأسال الكثير من الحبر بين وسائل الإعلام الجَزائرية والدولية بشكل خاص.
الكتاب يُحاول تقديم تفسيرًا موضوعيًا عن المَوقف الرَسمي الجزائري من الأزمة السُورية، بيد أنّ هذا الموقف كان ولا يزال مُنحازًا لأحد أطراف النزاع السُوري، وهذا مُخالف للدُستور الجزائري لسنة 2016م، الذي يفرض على السُلطة الحاكمة في الجزائر التقيّد بالحياد التّام في مُعالجة الأزمات الدولية، وعدم التدخّل في الشُؤُون الداخلية للدول، وتقديم المساعي الدبلوماسية لمُحاولة حلّ الخلافات والنزاعات سواء كانت داخل الدول أو خارجها، وفي مُقابل ذلك يدعو الدُستور أيضًا إلى الوُقوف والتضامن مع الشُعوب التي تُناضل من أجل التحرّر، وتقرير مَصيرها، والشعب السُوري يُناضل على الأقل مُنذ سنة 2011م من أجل تقرير مَصيره، السياسي، والاقتصادي، والاجتماعي.
