الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة بين مصادر ضغوط العمل والاستهداف للحوادث المهنية، فقد أجريت هذه الدراسة في المركب المنجمي للحديد والفوسفات بولاية تبسة .
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداتي المقابلة والإستبيان ( مصادر ضغوط العمل والاستهداف للحوادث المهنية ) أعد من طرف الباحث بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) حيث تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة المقدرة بــ (50) عامل من عمال الأمن الصناعي بطريقة قصدية، واستخدم في التحليل الإحصائي عدة أساليب منها : معامل الارتباط لبرسون برافيه، و المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. واختبار "ألفا كرونباخ" لقياس درجة ثبات الاستبيان باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) .
توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن لمصادر ضغوط العمل ارتباط طردي موجب بالاستهداف للحوادث المهنية، لدى العاملين في المركب المنجمي للحديد والفوسفات بولاية –تبسة-

Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between work stress and targeting sources for occupational accidents, the study was conducted in mining iron and phosphate compound to tébessa.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study were using descriptive analytical and corresponding instruments questionnaire (sources of work pressure and targeting of occupational accidents) prepared by the researcher after confirming the psychometric characteristics (honesty and constancy) where distributed to the estimated study sample (50) security workers Satellite groupsþ, used in the statistical analysis several methods: correlation coefficient liborsonbravet, and arithmetic averages and standard deviations. Cronbach ' alpha ' testing to measure the degree of reliability the questionnaire using the statistical package for Social Sciences (Spss).
This study found that the sources of work stress link covariant plus targeting for occupational accidents, among workers in mining iron and phosphate composite mandate – tébessa.
