هدفت هذه الورقة العلمية إلى التعرف على مقاربتي الأمن الصناعي، والارغونوميا التصميمية وكيفية مواجهتهما لمشكلة الحوادث المهنية، والاستهداف لها في المنظمات الصناعية سواء الكبرى أو الصغرى، وإبراز الدور المهم الذي تلعبه هذه المقاربتين من اجل إيجاد انسب وأنجع الطرق، والحلول الممكنة وهذا عن طريق الجمع بينهما كإستراتيجية هادفة للقضاء أو الحد من هذه المشكلة علما أنآخر تقرير قامت به اللجان المختصة على مستوى وزارة العمل، والضمان الاجتماعي على مستوى 48 ولاية، عن أن حوادث العمل تقتل أزيد من 10 آلاف جزائري من بين 50 ألف حادث عمل يسجل سنويا، وعلى صعيد أخر يشير تقرير صادر عنه مكتب العمل الدولي تحت عنوان “الأمن بالأرقام” إلى أن3.2 مليون عامل في العالم يتوفون كل سنة في أماكن عملهم على إثر حادث عمل أو مرض أي بواقع 6300 شخص يوميا وحسب تقديرات مكتب العمل الدولي فمن بين 3.2 مليون وفاة سنويا، فإن 321 ألف حالة وفاة يعود سببها إلى حوادث العمل

This scientific paper aimed to identify the two approaches to industrial security and design ergonomics and how to confront them with the problem of occupational accidents, targeting them in industrial organizations, large or small, and highlighting the important role that these approaches play in order to find the most appropriate and most effective way, and possible solutions, and this by combining them As a targeted strategy to eliminate or limit this problem, knowing that the latest report by the relevant committees at the level of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security at the level of 48 states states that work accidents kill more than 10 thousand Algerians out of 50 thousand work accidents recorded annually, and on the other hand A report issued by the International Labor Office under the title "Security by Numbers" indicates that 3.2 million workers in the world die every year in their workplaces as a result of a work accident or illness, i.e. 6300 people per day and according to the estimates of the International Labor Office, it is among 3.2 million deaths annually, The 321 thousand deaths due to work accidents
