Asst. Prof. Dr. Alaa Jabbar Ghazai was born 1974 in Baghdad, Iraq. He received his BSc (1997) and MSc (2001), Baghdad, Iraq. In 2012, He completed PhD degree at School of Physics, University Science Malaysia (USM). He work lecturer in Physics department, Science College, Thi Qar University (2004-2015). Now, He works at Physics department, Science College Al-Nahrain University. Member of Optical Society American (OSA) since 2011 and has top Published at OSA since 2011 till now on published article in Opt. Express, vol. 19, pp. 9245-9254. In 2012, he awarded the scientific day award in Iraq and ITEX Silver Medal for invention Novel Solar Cell Efficiency for Nanostructured CdS. He Award a best publications prize for USM at 2011 and 2012. He has published first chapter in book “Semiconductor Laser Diode Technology and applications”, Patil, D. S., India, 1-12. He has 40 papers in high impact journals. Additionally, he reviews more than 20 papers in valuable high impact journals.
