Finding the diameter of Earth, Distance between the Earth and its Moon, and the Distance of Sun from Earth from  Quran and  Hadith using the speed of walk of human being.


Finding the diameter of Earth from the Qur'an:-

Allah said : (( say wander in earth for 4 months...))

the speed of walking of human being is   v=1.2 m/s

Diameter of the earth =4*30*24*3600*1.2/1000
=12441.6 km

1 walking year=12*30*24*3600*1.2/1000
1wy =37324.8 km

Finding the distance of the moon from the earth =Dm  
  from hadith :- (it's distance from us is 10 walking years) so

Dm=10*1wy
      =373 248 km 

Finding the distance of the sun from the  earth Ds:-

From hadith:- the sun is located at the 4th sky 

The skies are big sphers whom their centers is the center of the earth

From hadith :- the thickness of every sky is 500 wy=  (the interval between skies)
             =18 662  400 km
             =62.25 ls

if we supposed that the sun is located at the center of the 4th sky, then it's distance from the earth is
Ds=500*4+3*500+250
     =3750 wy
     =3750*37324.8
      =139 968 000 km

Earth is a sphere, the skies are big spheres, the thickness of each sky is 500 walking years, the interval between spheres is 500 walking years.The centers of all these spheres (skies) is the center of the earth.
