Dr. Raja Osaily Dr. Raja Zuhair Khalid Osaily interested in teaching & research, she obtained her PhD. in Educational administration in 2002 from Ain Shams University in Egypt. She has an M.A in Educational Administration from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem/Palestine, and B.A. in English Education from AL-Quds Open University. She is working as an Associate Professor in Education with Al-Quds Open University (Full Time; 2001-present). She has presented and attended many conferences and workshops in and outside of Palestine as well as having published several researches and essays with various journals. She has given training courses in e-learning, management skills, English conversation and communication, and course design through Virtual Class Technology. Dr. Osaily has a certificate in Higher Education at a Distance and by e-Learning from Al-Quds Open University and Open and Distance Learning Center (ODLC), in cooperation with Manitoba University-Canada (2008).
