نبذة مختصرة

The extreme traffic load in future wireless networks are due the increasing number of internet-connected devices around the world. Provisioning of Quality of Service (QoS) to these devices will be obtained by means of network infrastructure densification, as introduced in the Fifth Generation (5G) Ultra Dense Network (UDN). 5G UDN will leverage advanced small cell technology to bring uniform quality of experience to all of the mobile users. Although UDNs offers significant benefits through proximal transmissions and increased spatial reuse of system resources, large node density and irregular deployment introduce new challenges, mainly due to the interference environment characteristics. Received signal power is improved as the access node (AN) becomes closer to its users, but the AN also exert harmful inter-cell interference (ICI) to other users nearby that is not being served by it which will deteriorate the achievable rate performance of the network due to failure of communi
