In the last 24 years Sabah Jassim has been actively involved in bacteriophage display technologies, rapid bacterial detection, rapid drug susceptibility test, phage bio-control and alternative therapy, molecular detection and characterization of bacterial pathogens, control of pathogens in environmental industries, microbial bioluminescence, deletion of bacterial biofilm, bacterial stress response, microbial physiology and pathogenicity, novel antimicrobial agents from medicinal plants and herbal medicine quality control, novel camelid IgG biotechnology, microbial biodegradation, organic fuel, phyto anti-harmful algal blooms and novel methods for water purification.
