I'm Badria Fouad Essammak, hold M.Sc. degree in Biological Science (Medical technology), 2014 and B.Sc. in Medical Technology, 2010 from Islamic university-Gaza. I worked as a medical technologist in Essammak laboratory, Bureij camp from 2006 to 2010. Currently, I'm working as teaching assistant at the college of medicine of the Islamic University – Gaza, from 2010 to present. I'm teaching molecular biology, microbiology, physiology and biochemistry laboratories. Also I'm working as a part time lecturer at the College of Health Professions of the Israa University – Gaza, from 2015 to present. I'm interested in genetics and my main research is about Non-Syndromic Autosomal Recessive Deafness in Gaza Strip: A Study of Five GJB2 Gene Mutations. And this is the only study about inherited deafness genes that carried out in Gaza strip, and I'm looking forward to continue this research and discover more genes associated with this problem.
