نبذة مختصرة

Dr Aisha Mohamed Shahlol is an assistant professor and a head for the Research Department of Scientific and consultation 2016, microbiology-medical lab technology -Faculty of Engineering &Technology at Sabha University. She is holding PhD in medical Microbiology since 2013 from Ain sham university, faculty of science, Egypt and a Bachelor degree in Medical lab technology. She obtained her master in July 2007 from the University of Sabha, faculty of Engineering &Technology, Libya and Bachelor degree(1999) in the same department. She has a great contribution in the National surveillance Networks: Vaccination program dose of hepatitis B virus to the students of the medical department and the screening tests to HIV and hepatitis virus disease for foreign labor in Al-Shatii area.She’s leading several National research projects concerning antibiotic bacterial resistance & Nosocomial infection; and community infectious agents, vaccine monitoring program, awareness community, International project team concerning bacterial product medical industry. She is a Reviewer in International Scientific Journals: Reviewer for British journal of Medicine and Medical Research. She takes several courses training program in Bioinformatics, Nanotechnology She has experience and certificate in tissue culture technique, DNA sequencing, Data analysis, molecular cloning, plasmid isolation, PCR, SDS-PAGE. She has great experience in applying enteropathogenic bacteria, serotyping, Elisa , and genotypic virulence of K.pneumoniae , antibiotics resistance methods, surveillance of enteric pathogens, tissue culture technique for cytotoxicity invasion and attachment bacteria , etiological bacteria of diarrhea agent cases, detection of outbreak and molecular pathogenesis, histology preparation technique of tissue for bacterial detection (helicobacter pylori , TB).
