Since youth I have been interested in many aspects of health-related science. I found Biology the closest to my desire. I graduated from the Biology Department, College of Science in Iraq and received excellent grades. I was among the highest ranked students in the college and therefore was appointed directly after graduation as a researcher and lecturer in the same department. I was always looking forward and keen to build up my experience in health-related science, so I decided to study abroad. I was awarded a scholarship (DAAD German Academic Exchange service) to complete MSc and PhD in biological Science (main field: Molecular Virology) in Germany in 2006 and 2009 respectively. My work as a researcher in the Virology lab in Germany (2008-2013) in the same college I graduated from has broaden my scientific experience Since Jan. 2015 I am working as a lecturer in Al-Qasim Green university. My knowledge of Healthcare coupled with undergraduate study appears to have given me an edge in understanding experimental issues which is reflected in my teaching. I have been involved in teaching demanding, inter-disciplinary and comparative units, this has not affected my enthusiasm, preparedness and ability to disseminate or teach diverse groups of students from all over the world. As a researcher, I am an effective contributor in the scientific field by Publishing several papers in different fields e.g: Virology, Molecular Biology, Natural herbal remedies, Bacteriology, Parasitology, Immunology. I have contributed in several conferences around the word. In addition, I am working on another projects; highlighting the relation between some viral infection in the childhood with the schizophrenia and other mental disorder. The other project is screening of women with bad obstetric history for several virus (Parvovirs B19, CMV) and chemical parameters like Antiphospholipin.
