Dr. Eng. Mohammad Abu Omar received his Ph.D. with distinction in Information Systems, specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS), from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia. He has developed a new theory in the classification of the management problems and building the (MIS) that is published internationally through Dr. Abu Omar’s text book which is entitled: (An Effective Model to Design the Management Information Systems (MIS)). Now, the book is included in the international ACM database. Dr. Mohammad Abu Omar honored with (Global Goodwill Ambassador) title from the global goodwill ambassador foundation in the USA, as an appreciation for his international research humanitarian work towards information technology & higher education. Dr. Abu Omar received the title (Scientist) from the academic union oxford in the UK as an appreciation for his international research work and activities and for his rich academic experience. Dr. Abu Omar has been awarded with (Gold Medal of Excellence) by the Arab organization for social responsibility (DUBAI, 2018). Dr. Abu Omar has published many papers related to the area of management information systems and information technology in international peer- reviewed journals. He has also several scientific international memberships, and he is a member in many editorial boards in international peer- reviewed journals. Abu Omar is also a member of the scientific committees of many international conferences throughout the world including: USA, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Malaysia, Japan, India, UAE, Jordan, and Palestine. He is currently an assistant professor in the faculty of technology at Al-Quds Open University in Palestine.
