النبذة المختصرة
Mr. M.Makhlouf was born in Algeria. He followed his research path in the laboratory of chemistry of materials at Oran University, he received the magister in ,2007, and the Ph.D. degree ,2012. He is team leader at the ballast combustion and detonation laboratory, Cherchell, Algeria, his research focus is on energy materials and in particular on graphene and graphene oxide.
