Virus called Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV2) ; the disease is Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Coronaviruses are large family of viruses that cause a wide range of illness from the common cold to more severe diseases Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome(SARS) ,transmission from animals and human to human ,mode of transmission droplets sprayed by affected individuals, contact with patient respiratory secretions,contaminated surfaces and equipment,have enveloped with. +SSRNA , conclusive to Coronavirinae ,also have spike use the same cellular attachment factor (ACE2) and the cellular protease TMPRSS2 for their activation in WHO their search for finding novel drug against binding coronavirus to this both receptors in order to prevent SARS-Cov2 infection of lung cells Finding novel inhibitor serve as drug to prevent binding Coronavirus with both receptors كورونا فايروس اسمه متلازمة التنفسية الحادة (SARS-CoV2) ويسبب مرض يسمى مرض كورونا (COVID-19) ,ينتقل عن طريق الحيوانات والانسان الى انسان اخر ويكون الانتقال من خلال قطرات الرذاذ المتطاير من الافراد المصابين وكذلك ينتقل عن طريق التماس المباشر مع الافرازات التنفسية والسطوح والاجهزة الملوثة ، يمتلك الفايروس غلاف دهني Envelope ويمتلك حامض نووي رايبوزي مفرد موجب +SSRNA ينتمي الفايروس الى تحت العائلة Coronavirinae ويمتلك Spike نتوءات تستخدم المستقبل ACE2 والبروتييز الخلوي للتفعيل TMPRSS2 منظمة الصحة العالمية WHO تعمل لايجاد مثبطات وادوية مباشرة تعمل ضد المستقبلات هذه لمنع اصابة الفايروس للخلايا وعند ايجاد مثبط وعلاج يمنع ارتباط الفايروس بهذه المستقبلات ACE2 والمستقبل TMPRSS2 سوف يمنع دخول الفايروس الى داخل الخلايا وبذلك تمنع الاصابة
