هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مهارة اتخاذ القرار والتعرف على أنماط الشخصية وكذلك تعرف مهارة الإدراك البنائي لدى مديري منتديات الشباب والرياضة في محافظات الفرات الأوسط والجنوبية، فضلاً عن معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين اتخاذ القرار وأنماط الشخصية ومعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين اتخاذ القرار والإدراك البنائي. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والدراسات الارتباطية، وأستنتج الباحثان إن مدراء منتديات الشباب والرياضة يتميزون بمستوى عالٍ باتخاذ القرار وامتلاك مديري منتديات الشباب والرياضة للإدراك البنائي، وأوصى الباحثان استثمار القدرة على الإدراك البنائي لمدراء منتديات الشباب والرياضة باتخاذ القرار وتطويرها من خلال التدريب وتهيئة الأجواء.

This study aims at identifying the skill of making decision ، the types of personality according to heads of youth and soothers provinces . In addition to identifying the connective relation between making decision and the types of personality ،on the hand ، and the connective relation between the making decision and the constructive Perception ، on the other. The researchers used the descriptive Method by the survey style and the Connective studies . they concluded that the heads of Youth and sport .
Forums are distinguished by a high level of decision Making and the constructive perception the researchers recommended to invest the capacity of the constructive perception to the heads of youth and sport forums of making decision and to develop it by the training and prepare the suitable atmospheres
