هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الممارسات الرئيسة لإدارة المسؤولية المجتمعية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة في ضوء المواصفة القياسية العالمية الإيزو 26000، ونهجت المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، حيث قام الباحثان بتحليل أنشطة وممارسات الجامعة على موقعها الالكتروني في خلال العام الدراسي 2016/2017، وفق موضوعات البند السادس من مواصفة التقييس العالمية الإيزو 26000 للمسؤولية المجتمعية، حيث تبين من خلال التحليل أن مجموع الممارسات على مستوى الجامعة وفروعها بلغ (1036) ممارسة، وأن أعلى الممارسات تمثلت في رئاسة الجامعة برام الله ومكتب نائب رئيس الجامعة لشؤون قطاع غزة، حيث حققت بنود إشراك وتنمية المجتمع وأنشطة النقابات والعاملين (الممارسات العمالية) والحوكمة نسب مرتفعة، كما بينت الدراسة تدني الممارسات في قضايا البيئة على مستوى الجامعة؛ وبناءً على ما سبق أوصى الباحثان إدارة الجامعة بدراسة جميع بنود المواصفة وأخذ ما يتناسب مع واقع وفلسفة الجامعة، وعقد ورش عمل وندوات علمية في جميع فروع ومراكز الجامعة للتعريف بالمواصفة وتطبيق ما يمكن تطبيقه من أجل تحسين إدارة المسؤولية المجتمعية على الدوام.

The aim of this study is to divulge the key practices to manage the community responsibility in Al Quds Open University in light of ISO 26000 international standard specification of which the content analysis as one of the descriptive analytical tributaries was used. The two researchers analyzed the activities and practices maintained in the University’s website in 2016/2017 in accordance with the themes of Item six of ISO 26000 international standard specification of community responsibility. Through analysis of total practices at the University level and its (1036) branches, it was revealed that the highest practices were recorded in the University Headquarter in Ramallah and vice rector of Gaza Strip Affairs. It was found that the community share, development and the union and labour practices (Labour Practices) as well as the governance have achieved high ratios. Further, this study revealed that the practices of environmental issues at the University level were stumpy.
Based on the above preface, the two researches have recommended that the University Administration should examine all items of the standard specification and take what may fit with actuality and philosophy used by the University. Therefore, it is required to organize workshops and scientific seminars in the University’s all branches and centers to get this standard specification well known to concerned bodies to implement it, which in turn it shall improve the management of community responsibility
