This study aims at identifying the characteristics of the content of civil and political human rights, the nature of the discourse of Palestinian journalist towards them, determining the characteristics of this discourse, its effective aspects, its references and the ways of proving. It also aims at considering the differences and similarities between Al Hayat Al Jadeeda and Palestine newspapers, which are the two newspapers of the study.
This study is descriptive one in which several approaches have been used. The used approaches are: media survey, discourse analysis, studying mutual relations and comparison. The researcher uses the theory of setting agenda and media framework. The tools of the study are content and discourse analysis.
