هدف البحث الحالي الى تقديم اطار نظري واطار تطبيقي يختبر علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين التدريب السحابي وتنمية رأس المال البشري في المنظمات التعليمية باعتباره مطلباً ضرورياً لاستيعاب متطلبات جودة التعليم المنظمة ، وانطلاقاً من هذه الحقيقة فإن التدريب السحابي يجب أن يحظى بمكانة بارزة في المنظمات لأهميته النابعة من أهمية العنصر البشري الذي هو مادة التدريب وهدفه وغايته فالبش هم في الأساس طاقة ذهنية وقدرة عقلية ومصدرا للأفكار لابد من استثمارهم وتوظيف قدراتهم بشكل إيجابي، وتفرض هذه الحقيقة اهمية الاهتمام بالتدريب السحابي والموارد البشرية بوصفها من أهم مرتكزات نجاح المنظمات ومنها التعليمية على وجه الخصوص في عصر المنافسة الذي أصبحت فيه معادلة الإنتاج ترتكز بشكل رئيس على المعرفة وكمية المعلومات المخزونة في عقول الأفراد, وبناءً على ما سبق تم اشتقاق موضوع بحثنا من الأفكار السابقة. يكتسب البحث اهميته من خلال ابراز النقاط المضيئة في التدريب السحابي وانعكاساتها في تنمية المورد البشري في المنظمات التعليمية , فيما هدف البحث الى تأطير نظري لمفهومي التدريب السحابي ورأس المال البشري في جانبه الاكاديمي وبناء الجانب العملي في ضوء بناء الفرضيات وقياس الآراء باستخدام استمارة الاستبانة التي تم اعدادها وتحليلها باستخدام التطبيقات الاحصائية وعرض نتائج البحث واستنتاجاته ومقترحاته في ضوء ذلك.

The current research aims to provide a theoretical framework and an applied framework that tests the correlation between cloud training and human capital development in educational organizations as a necessary requirement to accommodate the quality requirements of organized education. Cloud training plays a prominent role in organizations for the importance of the human element which is the training material and its purpose. Human beings are essentially mental energy, intellectual ability and source of ideas. They must be invested and their abilities invested positively. The interest in cloud training and human resources is one of the most important pillars of the success of organizations, including education in particular in the era of competition in which the production equation is based primarily on the knowledge and the amount of information stored in the minds of individuals.The purpose of the research is to provide a conceptual framework for the concepts of cloud training and human capital in its academic side and to build the practical side in light of the construction of hypotheses and the measurement of opinions using the questionnaire form that was prepared and analyzed using statistical applications and presenting the results of the research and its conclusions and suggestions
