ان لعبة الساحة والميدان تعد من الألعاب التي تحتاج من الطالب والطالبة الى التركيز والرغبة في الاداء لكون فعالياتها ترتبط بمجاميع عضلية مختلفة لذا فيحاول المربين والمدرسين اتباع أفضل الطرق الكفيلة لتعلم كافة المهارات في الساحة والميدان.
ونجد ان الاغتراب النفسي من المراحل النفسية التي يتعرض لها المتعلم على حد سواء فنلاحظ ذلك في انفعالات الطالب والطالبة خلال مرحلة تعلم فعالية القفز العالي وما ترافقه من شعور بالقلق من صعوبه تعلم المهارة وهذا بالتالي يؤثر على مستوى الاداء المهاري مما يجعل عملية التعلم والاداء في غاية الصعوبة حيث نجد ان الاحساس بالعجز والشعور بالغربة وضعف الصلة بذات المتعلم الحقيقية وعدم قدرته عن الكشف عن أفكارة الحقيقية وكما قد يختلف الاغتراب النفسي بين الطالب والطالبة وكذلك بين الاشخاص من نفس الجنس متأثرا بعوامل شخصية مختلفة .
كما ان الاغتراب النفسي يحدث نتيجة أفكار خاطئة تتولد لديه نتيجة الاداء الخاطيء للمتعلم أي الخوف من الفشل في تحقيق الاداء المهاري الجيد لذا فالتعزيزات الايجابية لها دور رئيسي في تقليل حصول هذه الظاهرة النفسية .
ومن هنا تتجلى أهمية البحث في التعرف على مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة بابل وعلاقة ذلك في تعلم فعالية القفز العالي في الساحة والميدان وهل توجد فروق بين الجنسين في هذه الظاهرة .
