ان علمية الاعداد النفسي جانب مهم وضروري في توجية الطالب أو الطالبة وتحديد السلوك خلال اليوم وان عملية التعرض للظروف المختلفة ايجابية أو سلبية لها دور كبير في تغيير هذا السلوك وتوجيهه .
والاغتراب النفسي من المراحل النفسية التي يتم التعرض لها فنلاحظ ذلك في انفعالات الطالب والطالبة خلال الدرس وما ترافقه من شعور بالقلق من صعوبه تعلم المهارات المختلفة وهذا بالتالي يؤثر على مستوى الاداء المهاري مما يجعل عملية التعلم والاداء في غاية الصعوبة حيث نجد ان الاحساس بالعجز والشعور بالغربة وضعف الصلة بذات المتعلم الحقيقية وعدم قدرته عن الكشف عن أفكارة الحقيقية وكما قد يختلف الاغتراب النفسي بين الطالب والطالبة وكذلك بين الاشخاص من نفس الجنس متأثرا بعوامل شخصية مختلفة كما ان الظروف البيئية والعائلية التي يعيشها الفرد لها دور في ذلك .
كما ان الاغتراب النفسي يحدث نتيجة أفكار خاطئة تتولد لديه نتيجة الاداء الخاطيء للمتعلم أي الخوف من الفشل في تحقيق الاداء المهاري الجيد لذا فالتعزيزات الايجابية لها دور رئيسي في تقليل حصول هذه الظاهرة النفسية .
ومن هنا تتجلى أهمية البحث في مقارنة الاغتراب النفسي بين طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة بابل .

The psychological alienation occurs as a result of false ideas generated by the result of the wrong performance of the learner, the fear of failure to achieve good skill performance, so positive reinforcement has a key role in reducing the incidence of this psychological phenomenon.
Hence the importance of research in the comparison of psychological alienation between students and students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon.
